This cd was recorded and mastered at Charlottesville's Crystalphonic Studios http://www.crystalphonic.com between April 2003 and April 2004 and was released in January 2005. The songs on the cd are derived from and reflect a wide range of life experience, imagery and years of emotional grind and experience here on planet earth.
With this cd, we hope to touch our listeners and quickly draw them into the fabric of each song and the message it holds. Songs like the intoxicatingly upbeat "Into Your Heart require little analysis in order to step into it's happy and rhythmical lyrics and message while other album cuts, such as the musically beautiful but emotionally charged "Bad Journey and it's haunting, but prescient exploration of child abuse will leave the listener speechless but with a desire to hear it?s message over and over. "Hollywood explores the fate of a girl, who like so many others, left the comfort of their lives to venture west to chase an ephemeral dream of stardom only to have it come crashing down. "Nostalgia and "Come to Mind both look at the perennial theme of finding love, taking it for granted, then letting it slip away while "Never Lose celebrates the triumph of love found in defiance of a world filled with gossip and unrealistic expectations. "No Answer tells a story of a woman down on her luck, but determined to find a way to happiness no matter the consequences.
What all tracks have in common are catchy and thought invoking lyrics, smooth and reflective melodies and harmonies backed by a rock solid rhythm section and searing guitar leads woven throughout. Give it a listen, we really think you will like what you
